In my opinion no one knows how to burn fat better than a competitive bodybuilder. The success of their sport depends on their ability to transform their bodies from lean and smooth to ripped and shredded in a short amount of time. Before you learn what to do to burn off unwanted body fat you need to know what not to do. First and foremost never compromise your training in order to get ripped - meaning don't unwisely deprive yourself of needed macronutrients for the sake of getting ripped. Prolonged carb depletion won't give you the hard, lean look that you are after. You have to be smart about this. You don't have to go "zero carbs" to become a fat burning machine. You just have to lower your carb intake to kick start your system into burning body fat. This can be easily accomplished by reducing your daily carb intake in half. Simple - no measuring or counting!
