4.  Supplements - There are many fat-burning supplements on the market today.  Some may be effective in helping your cause many have not been substantiated by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA).  It is best to do your research and consult your physician before taking any type of diet pill, especially if you are already taking prescription medications. 

The four main areas that can help you burn more body fat are muscles, exercises, eating and supplements.  Start to incorportate a combination of these four elements and you will be well on your way to enhancing your body's ability to lose fat and gain muscle fast.
