Think about that.  Processed, frozen vegetables are not as good for you as fresh vegetables right from the garden.  Deep fried chicken is not as good for you as a fresh chicken breast that you cook yourself.  Packaged processed turkey is not as lean as turkey breast from the deli.  You have alot of choices these days at the grocery store - choose wisely!

To lose fat and gain muscle fast you have to begin a daily exercise regime.  Simply changing your diet is not enough to help your body maximize its fat burning potential.  Your body needs fuel to exercise.  It gets this fuel from burning fat.  So the more you exercise the more fat you burn.  If you exercise daily your body will begin to burn fat even when you are not exercising!  You can start from the convenience of your home or neighborhood.  Just start doing something everyday.  When the time comes that you need to up the intensity level then you can look toward joining a gym.  Develop good exercise habits first so you are not wasting your money.
